Concurrent transactions allow users to continue bridging any pending transactions on Carrier. Once the transaction has been submitted on the source chain, users will always be able to redeem the assets on the destination chain with Recovery.
Anyone can help to redeem assets on the destination chain simply by selecting the source chain and providing a transaction ID, which is handy for users who might not have native tokens on the destination chain to pay for gas fees themselves.
There are 3 ways to recover an incomplete bridge transaction.
Select Recovery at the bottom of the page, or click here.
Select the source chain and provide a source transaction hash. Then, click on Manually redeem transaction.
Bridging will resume. You can follow the step-by-step tutorial here.
Search and find the corresponding transaction either by viewing the wallet dashboard or transaction history.
It may take a while for the Redeem button to show up. This can be due to a number of reasons such as the source transaction not yet reaching finality or Guardians not having generated the VAA yet.
Once the Redeem button shows up, click on it.
You will be greeted by the progress page for the bridge transaction
